In recent commentaries, I have put forth three notions with respect to the MAGA movement and the Trump administration. First, the MAGA movement is an anti-establishment political movement rooted in the working class, and as such, it ought to be taken seriously and critically engaged, and not dismissed, by all who consider themselves Marxist. Secondly, the Trump administration is taking several critical and necessary steps to improve the productivity of the American economy, in defense of the interests and needs of the working class and other sectors of the people.
