I'm so very tired of so-called "progressive think tanks" controlling leftist thought in the West, only to find they are funded by groups like the Open Society and the National Endowment for Democracy. True leftism should begin with supporting actual functioning socialist nations and then learning from them. Taking our cues from career "activists" with seven figure salaries is not the way forward.
